What’s better than supporting Black Dyers and crafters? Reading Black Literature!
Join us as we discuss The Color Purple by Alice Walker and spin four different fibers for a breed study
Examining different breeds not only gives us experiences using different fibers but gives us the opportunity to find out what works best for a project and gives us confidence when trying new things. By joining together, we can create a sense of community that has been lost in the pandemic. And by crafting together, reading a story that is not often told, we have an opportunity to strengthen our diverse community.
